Red Rock Trail starts at a parking lot off E. Mike Weir Drive.
This trail ascends right away.
As you can see from the last picture, it’s a steep climb with a narrow path.
Once you get to the top, it levels out and it’s pretty much a flat trail that follows a ledge above the road.
Just keep following the trail. There are a lot of other trails that split off.
Eventually, you’ll pass behind a couple of residences:
Then the trail ends at a couple of other trails. Potato hill, Anns trail, and Bonneville Shoreline Trail. We too Ann’s trail.
There are a lot of trails back here. Coyote Hollow will lead to the rest area, and Ann’s trail will lead up to the Suncrest neighborhood rest area. I believe that bench is on Clark’s trail.
