Description
Moki Dugway is a dirt road that winds up a mountainside. The road is steep (10% grade) and is rated as one of the top 10 most dangerous roads in the U.S. Most of the road is one-lane wide and there are no railings. There are pull-offs at several locations and the view is spectacular. We drove up this road right after we left the Valley of the Gods. It was a hot and dry day so the road was safe. If you’re ever in the area, do not pass up an opportunity to drive this road and see the sights:
