Washington DC – National Museum of Crime and Punishment

Posted on May 12, 2015January 5, 2020

This museum was a lot of fun. There are a lot of interactive displays where you can get your mug shot, pose in a jail cell, escape from a jail cell and match criminal master minds with their photos. I posted the best of my pictures. You’ll need a flash or a camera that can take dark pictures. My old Minolta Rebel wasn’t quite up to the task. You’ll also need at least half a day. We toured part of the D.C. mall, then we stopped here near the end of the day and we ran out of energy before seeing everything.
